Olly joined the Babraham Â鶹ÊÓƵ in 2019 as a Project Manager, before taking on the role of Head of Projects and Governance in early 2022.
Olly’s work is focused on development and delivery of operational projects and on the Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s governance and risk management strategy. Taking a strategic and transparent approach, Olly and the department work to build a culture of project and change management within the Â鶹ÊÓƵ and beyond; working across the Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s governance structure and framework, from its committees to its policies, from its procedures and procedures to business continuity planning and risk management. Leading on projects, and identifying, championing and leading change in its structure and process the department aims to ensure engagement across the Â鶹ÊÓƵ.
