Anne Corcoran

Anne Corcoran received her Ph.D. from University College Dublin, Ireland, and her postdoctoral training from the Kennedy Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ of Rheumatology, London (UK) and the Laboratory of Molecular Biology, Cambridge (UK). She joined the Babraham Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ, Cambridge (UK) as a tenure-track group leader in the Nuclear Dynamics research programme in 1999, was awarded tenure in 2005, and was a Senior Group Leader in the Immunology research programme from 2017 to 2024. Anne currently holds Associate Group Leader status at the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ and is an Affiliated Lecturer at the Department of Pharmacology,  University of Cambridge.

Her research focuses on the epigenetic mechanisms underpinning immunoglobulin recombination and signalling in B cell development and ageing. Most recently, her group have developed a next generation sequencing method to interrogate intra and interchromosomal interactions in B cells.
