Simon has worked at the Â鶹ÊÓƵ since 2013, initially joining as the Finance & Operations Director before becoming Chief Operating Officer in 2016. Before joining the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Simon worked in a variety of senior finance and operational roles across the charity, government, and NHS sectors.
As COO Simon oversees the operation of the Â鶹ÊÓƵ with management responsibility for Finance, Human Resources, Computing, Communications, Health & Safety, Estates, and Security. As Company Secretary, Simon also reports directly to the Board of Trustees.
Simon has a BA degree in Politics from the University of Sheffield and is a CIPFA qualified accountant.
Outside of work Simon enjoys watching cricket, walking, gardening and trips to the theatre.
